Piolo Pascual shares fitness secrets

At 40, Piolo Pascual can still level his fitness to men in his 20s.

Good news to us. Piolo shared his secrets.

Piolo said he never treated working out as a chore. He is always trying his best to work out everyday aside from playing sports, badminton specifically, which he love to play with his son, Iñigo.

“I work out everyday, first thing I do upon waking up, after I pray, after I shower, I take my pre-workout, I hit gym. If I’m going to work I bring my dumbbells with me,” said Piolo. “Even in ASAP I bring my dumbbells, when I’m waiting for live, I lift weights, I do a lot of floor execises, it’s part of my lifestyle, it’s not a chore."

“I don’t find an excuse, as they say, ‘kung gusto may paraan, kung ayaw, may dahilan’. So I live by that and I know we only got one life to live, make it work, make it count, make everyday count,” Piolo added.

Piolo also revealed that he will still eat whatever he wanted to eat that's why he work out a lot.

“I eat everything that’s why I wanna workout. I want to be able to award myself for all the hard work I take on, so I eat everything,” said Piolo. “I just workout more, and indulge in food… Whenever I can eat, I eat, and whenever I [can] workout, I workout.”
