Miss France, Iris Mittenaere is the 2016 Miss Universe. However, there is one scene stealer.
Miss Netherland, Zoey Ivory, became viral the same day the Miss Universe 2016 was concluded. Why? Because of a video where she was caught dancing during the break.
She danced in the tune of "Single Ladies" and she memorized the steps. She even turned around that made the audiences roar.
